We were welcomed by friendly staff. The lifeguards at the slides were engaging, and the kids loved the kids' club. Absolutely returning for the fantastic service!

However, the wait times for drinks were frustrating, and finding a sunbed felt like a battle. The hotel was overcrowded, which diminished our experience.

We had an amazing time at the hotel! The kids club was brilliant—Cigdem was like a superhero to the kids, keeping them entertained with fun activities! Also, the main restaurant's service was top-notch. The staff really took care of us. it was like they cared about our happiness too.
